By downloading, accessing, or using the Did I Like It? mobile app or website at didilike.com (collectively, the "Service"), provided by ChadsCode ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Did I Like It? mobile application for personal, non-commercial food journal and meal rating purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the software or disrupt the servers hosting the website.
3. User Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership of all notes, dish reviews, ratings, and photographs you create within the app. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to use and store such content on your device.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to ensure seamless offline functionality and data accuracy, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChadsCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
